Portal 2:20 Teen Center Registration
Registration includes free access to all Portal activities including special events and the ability to earn Portal Credits. Students who wish to visit without registration may be unable to participate in special event activities or earn Portal Credits during their visit.
First you need to know:
Portal 2:20 Teen Center is not like a youth group or club. Teens do not need to arrive at any designated time, and can leave whenever they wish! Be sure you and your teen familiarize yourself with the rules and expectations of the Portal 2:20 Teen Center. Information banners are posted throughout the facility.
⭐️ Students must be at least 13 years old to attend Portal. Upon your first visit, you will be required to sign in and fill out some basic contact info about yourself and your parents/ guardians.
⭐️ Students must sign out before leaving the building, even if it’s to get some air or to meet a friend outside. Students are allowed to sign in and out a MAXIMUM of 2 times per day. (No exceptions).
⭐️ There are NO telephones available to call home if transportation is needed, so please be sure to communicate with your teen before drop off!
⭐️ Students are REQUIRED to have a completed and signed registration form on file in order to return and participate in any future activities or events at the Portal 2:20 Teen Center.
⭐️ Students must sign out before leaving the building, even if it’s to get some air or to meet a friend outside. Students are allowed to sign in and out a MAXIMUM of 2 times per day. (No exceptions).

How to Register:
Registration Packets are avaliable at the front desk. Students can bring a form home after their first visit, or you may download the Parent Packet and complete the Registration Form!
* (Students who have previously attended but forgot their signed parent forms WILL BE SENT HOME. We reinforce personal responsibility at our center, and a signed permission form is a basic REQUIREMENT for any student to participate at our center.)

Visitor Policy:
We absolutely welcome parents and members of the community to visit our center, but please be advised that adults and children under the age of 13 are NOT permitted to interact with teens or participate in activities while visiting. Adults who wish to participate with teens in activities and events at the Portal 2:20 Teen Center may fill out a volunteer application located in the front office.
Upon arrival, adults must sign in on the visitors form located at the front office and wait for a staff member to escort you into the facility. We welcome any questions you may have, and love to share what our center is about! (However please understand that event nights may be very busy, so staff may not be available for an unscheduled tour on that evening. It is always best to plan your visit with us ahead of time to be sure we can accommodate you!) All visitors must sign out when they leave.

We do have a sign-in/ sign-out time sheet that helps us keep track of who comes and goes and at what time. (Parents/ guardians are welcome to check on their teens activity at any time.) If you have any questions about our policies, please feel free to contact us.

We do not let students or visitors in early, so please take it into consideration before dropping your teen off or arriving early. Also, be sure your teen has transportation home before our scheduled closing time. Portal 2:20 Teen Center volunteers will not be responsible for your child's transportation at any time.
