March 2026: God's Continued Provisions

March hit the ground running — and it didn’t slow down!
This month was filled with incredible generosity, exciting additions, and continued growth. We are constantly reminded that God provides exactly what is needed, right when it’s needed.

When a Need Turns Into Provision
At one point this month, we were almost completely out of mac and cheese cups — a teen favorite.
We mentioned the need… and you showed up in a BIG way.
Donations started coming in through deliveries and drop-offs like we’ve never seen before. Boxes upon boxes filled our space, and the teens were thrilled. They followed their noses straight to the snacks and happily filled their bellies.
It may seem like something small, but moments like this matter. Food creates space for connection, conversation, and community.
We are so incredibly thankful for each of you who gave.

A Music Room Blessing
We’ve been working toward finishing our music room, and one major piece was still missing: a sound system.
It was a big ask — and honestly, one we were hesitant to make.
But once the need was shared, Deb Fogg stepped in and made it happen. Within a week, the sound system was ordered, delivered, and ready to go.
What an incredible blessing.
If you see Deb, be sure to thank her. This gift is going to impact so many teens and create even more opportunities for creativity and connection.

A Community That Shows Up
We are continually humbled by the support of this community.
Whether it’s through donations, sponsorships, or quiet, anonymous giving — every gift matters. For those who give behind the scenes, thank you. You know who you are, and we appreciate you more than words can say.

Growth at Portal
We’re excited to welcome Steve as a new board member! He has already come in full of ideas, and we’re grateful for the perspective and energy he brings.
Here’s a quick snapshot of Portal right now:

• 4 Board Members
• 17 Volunteers
• 87 Currently Registered Teens
• 136 Total Teens Served since opening

We are seeing new teens walk through our doors regularly. The word is spreading — and lives are being impacted.

Making It Fun to Stay
Devotions continue to be a meaningful part of each night at Portal.
To encourage teens to stay and engage, they earn 200 Portal Credits for participating. This month, we added a fun twist — credits featuring volunteer faces!
What started as a simple idea has turned into something the teens love. Some are even collecting them and hanging them up at home.
There are also other ways to earn credits, like:

• Sharing a daily Bible verse
• Completing challenges with volunteers
• Earning special bracelets
• Even leaving their phones at the front desk

Credits can be used for snacks, drinks, and food throughout the night — making it both fun and rewarding to stay involved.

Called With Purpose
God is calling each of us.
If you are breathing, He has a purpose for your life. Sometimes we just have to slow down and listen.
2 Timothy 1:9 reminds us:
“He has saved us and called us to a holy life — not because of anything we have done but because of His own purpose and grace.”
Take time to reflect on what God is doing in your life and what He may be calling you into.
